You'll coordinate and execute Human Resources operations processes, provide expert advice to local HR teams, and ensure alignment with corporate policies and the strategy of our HR Operating Model.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant business area
- 2+ years of prior professional experience with the HR Operations sub-field or similar positions
- Knowledge of MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Workday and ServiceNow
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and customer service skills
