Support the integration of IAM requirements, perform research, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Work with IT, HR, and Business teams to create efficient processes and protect Cooper information.
Requirements
- Bachelors in the field of IT or equivalent working experience
- 0-2 years of experience
- Pass EPIC Security, Migration, and SailPoint training within 6 months
- Pass iCooper, Omnicell/Omnicenter/Medication, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Intranet training during probationary period
- Ability to communicate with patients, visitors, and coworkers
- Experience in Single-Sign On, Identity Federation, Resource Provisioning, Logical Access Control Systems, or Enterprise Directory Architecture
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
