Identity and Access Management Governance Lead

Identity and Access Management Governance Lead responsible for defining and driving the strategic, operational, and regulatory direction of Euroclear's Identity and Access Management practices. The role involves ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and providing strategic and operational leadership to a team of 15–20 IAM professionals.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a senior IAM role with deep knowledge of access management, user lifecycle management, privileged access management, and recertification.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of optimally leading teams with varied strengths and multi-functional initiatives.
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and audit requirements related to IAM.
• Experience in working with tools such as ServiceNow for IAM control execution and evidence management.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic demeanor with hands-on experience in implementing IAM standard methodologies at an enterprise scale.
