Information Systems Analyst

KLA is seeking an Information Systems Analyst to provide dedicated IT support to executives, coordinate IT support for corporate events, and participate in local & global projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of AV systems, network, security, and serviceNow, and 4+ years of IS experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of IS experience or 6+ years equivalent experience in IT Support
• Strong knowledge of AV systems and major events support
• Expert knowledge of PC, OS, and Mobile devices
• Understanding of Network, Security, ServiceNow
• Documentation skills - End user instruction writing
• Experience working with C-Level users
