Insights, ServiceNow Futures Director

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced technology futurist to join its Innovation Office as the Director of ServiceNow Futures. The role will focus on in-depth foresight research and scenario development to help bridge the gap between emerging technologies and their impact on businesses, the economy, and society. The Director will be a research-driven strategic advisor and communicator, shaping customers' understanding of AI-first business transformation.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in futures research, strategic foresight, scenario planning, and market analysis
• Experience working with C-level executives and technology leaders
• Ability to synthesize complex technology and business trends into clear, actionable insights
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills
• Firm grasp of AI, automation, emerging technologies, and their impact on business strategy
• A background in enterprise software, research firms, or think tanks is preferred
• Experience leading and conducting primary and secondary research, including executive interviews and market trend analysis
