Requirements

  • 10+ years related experience, including management in a support services structures and/or IT projects/solutions implementation, construction projects/programs
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Working knowledge of: Windows Client, GPOs, O365, Azure Active Directory, MFA, SSO, Hybrid Cloud, VDI, and ServiceNow
