Peraton is searching for a talented Operations Analyst to become part of Peraton’s Citizens Security & Public Services, supporting the DHS DCCO. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the current state of the production environment, identifying unscheduled interruptions to systems and services, and performing initial troubleshooting and incident management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma and 5+ years of experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT ticketing system
- General knowledge of firewalls, switches, and servers (Windows Servers, Linux Servers, AWS, Azure)
- Experience in large-scale computing or network operations centers
