Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft stack
  • Experience with IAM technologies
  • Advanced knowledge supporting Mac and Apple devices
  • Proven track record of implementing and supporting enterprise-class technology systems
  • Experience designing help desk procedures and processes
  • Experience managing several integrations across commonly used SaaS products
  • Experience with ITSM methodologies and ServiceNow
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate effectively
  • Experience creating and monitoring KPIs and metrics
  • Excellent understanding of IT business processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication and documentation skills

Requirements Summary

5-10 years of experience in IT operations, with deep knowledge of Microsoft stack and experience in designing help desk procedures and processes
