Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft stack
- Experience with IAM technologies
- Advanced knowledge supporting Mac and Apple devices
- Proven track record of implementing and supporting enterprise-class technology systems
- Experience designing help desk procedures and processes
- Experience managing several integrations across commonly used SaaS products
- Experience with ITSM methodologies and ServiceNow
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate effectively
- Experience creating and monitoring KPIs and metrics
- Excellent understanding of IT business processes
- Excellent oral and written communication and documentation skills
