Requirements

  • Higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related areas.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Desk or technical support.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with ticket management tools (such as ServiceNow or Jira, for example).
  • Advanced English will be a differential.
