Join Bosch and shape the future through innovative technology and services. As a ServiceNow Mid-Level Developer, you will determine technical solutions, configure ServiceNow applications, and develop workflows to improve business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a comparable field
  • Experience with ServiceNow Certified ServiceNow Administrator
  • Experience with development of ServiceNow Workflows, client and server-side scripting
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules, mainly Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Deep Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and API design best practices
  • Deep Knowledge of modern web design (CSS, HTML, etc), JavaScript, Angular.js, and ServiceNow Service Portal
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to interact confidently, at all levels of management
