As a vital part of the Fiserv Technology Services team, you'll provide Tier 1 support for IBM Z-Series, IBM I-Series, FTP platforms, and storage platforms. You'll work across several teams to restore service rapidly during service interruption and create in-depth documentation of processes to support work efforts and drive continual service improvement.

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of experience with JCL and IBM Mainframe consoles.
  • Experience with ITIL ticket systems, BMC Remedy, and/or ServiceNow.
  • Experience in IT support-oriented environments with established SLAs.
  • Associate's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
