Mayo Clinic is seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior IT Systems Analyst to assist in migrating the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to a streamlined and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) compliant structure.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies, ServiceNow CMDB Fundamentals, and ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Fundamentals
- Broad knowledge of IT systems and interrelated technical processes
