IT Senior Systems Analyst - Remote

This is a limited tenure position that has been approved for two years. The Senior IT Systems Analyst will assist with the migration of Mayo Clinic's Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to a streamlined and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) compliant structure.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies, ServiceNow CMDB Fundamentals, and ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Fundamentals
• Broad knowledge of IT systems and interrelated technical processes
