Requirements

  • CFC in informatics or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar function, ideally with a large account in an ITIL and DEVOPS context
  • Microsoft Windows 11 environment knowledge
  • CMDB and incident management tools experience, ServiceNow ideal
  • Knowledge of Windows and network administration, such as Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS
  • KCS methodology knowledge and certification 'KCS Fundamentals' are assets
