IT Service Desk Technician

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to troubleshoot technology issues in a collaborative IT environment. Pay from $24 to $30 per hour with significant growth and earning potential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 3+ years of experience as IT Service Desk Technician or Data Center Operator
• Experience with incident, change and problem management in a multi-location data center
• Experience in utilizing ITIL compliant Service Management platforms, including ServiceNow
