We are looking for an ITSM Manager for a bank in Luxembourg, responsible for managing the four key ITSM processes: IT Change Management, Service Request Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.

Requirements

  • Solid expertise in ITIL process management
  • Experience in defining, implementing, and supervising the four ITSM processes
  • Good understanding of the ServiceNow tool
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate and motivate teams with diverse profiles
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Results-oriented and quality-focused approach

Requirements Summary
