The IT Software Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for proactively enforcing governance for software and hardware assets, coordinating regular audits and follow up reconciliation activities, and maximizing the value of IT asset investment.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Desktop and IT infrastructure software asset management with major vendors
  • Experience working with users from a customer service perspective
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Result oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of IBM software licensing, an asset
  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration, an asset
  • Asset management certification, an asset
