Senior Project Manager - Digital Finance & Supply Chain Projects

The Digital Project Management Office (PMO) team plans and implements key strategic Digital programs and projects to deliver outcomes benefiting UHN and the health system. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with business and technical teams to select and implement process and software solutions, and optimize UHNs use of SAP S/4HANA and Ariba applications to achieve efficiency and revenue benefits.

Requirements

• 7 years of Project Management experience
• Undergraduate Degree in Health Informatics or Administration, Technology, Science, Business, or related field
• Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Experience in finance business areas required
• Experience in implementation and usage of SAP required, minimum 5 years preferred
• Excellent team building, coaching, and group facilitation skills
• Excellent presentation, writing and training skills
• Excellent budget management skills and proficiency in data analytics to support IT investments
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large, complex programs with diverse teams using full-cycle project management, program management, and change management methodologies
• Supervisory or managerial experience required
• Experience in formal procurement processes, contract negotiations, and vendor management required
• Experience with healthcare organizations and hospital information system implementation preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills at the executive and senior management level
• Strong strategic critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient use of computer software, and peripheral equipment (e.g. M365 tools, MS Project, MS Visio, and scrum or enterprise work management tools such as Kanban, Atlassian JIRA, ServiceNow)
