IT Solution Infrastructure Integration Analyst

As an IT Solution Infrastructure Integration Analyst, you will be at the heart of our IT operations, ensuring optimal system performance and seamless data flow. You will analyze system requirements, design integration strategies, and implement solutions to enhance overall system efficiency by integrating application and infrastructure systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science and/or Equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system integration, or related fields
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, middleware, APIs, integration platforms)
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP)
• Expertise in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
• Familiarity with automation tools
• Experience with ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow)
• Advanced proficiency in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing integration solutions
• Proficiency in managing integration projects (planning, execution, monitoring)
• Knowledgeable in project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
