Requirements

  • IT education or 3+ years equivalent experience
  • Strong communicator and relator, tact in dealing with end-users
  • Solid knowhow in Microsoft Windows and Office, Mac, AD, Exchange, Mobile Devices, Networking and Security Services
  • ITIL v3 experience, ServiceNow or equivalent tool experience appreciated
