IT Support Analyst

Flock Safety is a technology solution that helps eliminate crime and keep communities safe. The IT Support Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our colleagues.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an IT support role
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and basic networking concepts
• Experience with MDM solutions (e.g., Kandji, Jamf) is a plus
• Familiarity with endpoint security software and patch management processes
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Customer-focused with a professional and empathetic demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift and move computer equipment as needed
• Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow)
