We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support & Service Delivery Analyst to provide exceptional end-user support for hardware, software, and remote access services. This role involves the day-to-day delivery of IT services, timely resolution of tickets, escalation when necessary, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT technical support role or service desk environment.
  • Hands-on experience with IT ticketing and service management systems such as ServiceNow (preferred), Jira, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS platforms, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
