We are DXC, a Fortune 500 global IT services leader, and we're looking for a Junior Network Support Engineer to join our team in Bulgaria. As a Junior Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting network and security equipment, communicating with customers, and working in a dynamic international and multicultural environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma preferably in Telecommunication or equivalent
  • Understanding of basic network concepts - OSI Reference Model, TCP/IP protocols, IP Addressing, IPv4 Address Types, Variable Length Subnet Masks (VLSMs) and subletting, Network Address Translation (NAT)
  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Libraries (ITIL) processes
