Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent
- First experience in providing first-line IT support or an IT course/education
- Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems, software, and networking concepts
- Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users in a clear and friendly manner
- Basic experience with service desk- and remote tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira)
- Certifications (optional but beneficial): CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
