As Lead Configuration Manager, you will have a central role in ensuring that the CMDB meets both technical and business requirements, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure stable operation and create value for Bankdata and our customers.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow and Service Management (ITIL)
- Experience with ServiceNow, Cherwell, Remedy, Ivanti, or similar
- A structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive change
