Lead ServiceNow Developer

The Lead ServiceNow Developer will develop complex, mission-critical scoped and global applications for the Federal Protective Service (FPS) using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in interfacing with contractors and government employees, as well as proficiency in CMDB data management, integrations, troubleshooting, reporting, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) - Active EOD preferred
• BA/BS + 18 years’ applicable experience or MA/MS + 10 years applicable experience
• 1 or more active ServiceNow certifications
• Experience with ITSM, ITBM, CSM, WSD, HRSD and scoped SN Applications
• Extensive understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized and scripting within the tool
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services
• Independent self-starter and proactive at developing solutions and solving business problems using ServiceNow
• Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management, performing stand-ups and sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation
