DXC Bulgaria is seeking a Legal Technology and Automation Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will work on innovative projects involving contract lifecycle management, automation tools, and AI to transform and enhance legal and operational workflows. The role requires 5-7 years of experience in legal technology, automation, or related fields.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • 5-7 years of experience in legal technology, automation, or related fields
  • Legal Technology Expertise: Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or Obligation Lifecycle Management (OLM) tools is a significant plus
  • Automation Skills: Proficiency in Power Automate Suite (PowerApps, Power BI, Copilot, etc.), RPA Power Automate Desktop, and Chatbot development
  • Data and Analytics: Ability to generate, analyze, and act on insights from data. Familiarity with analytics tools such as VBA, Visual Basic, DAX, Power Query, Python is a plus
  • Generative AI: Knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, and the application of AI in process optimization
  • Team Skills: Consistently available in evenings to collaborate with US-based colleagues and fluent in spoken and written English communication
