Manager II, IT Project & Program Management

The Manager II, IT Project & Program Management position at Tarsus involves leading and managing multiple IT projects, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of projects in alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology
• 6+ years of experience in leading and managing cross-functional projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus
• Strong experience in IT program and project management preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Experience in using Project Management and IT service management tools such as Microsoft Projects, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
• Experience in managing vendors from RFP and project initiation to deployment and hypercare
• Experience in working with GxP, SOX, and other regulatory and compliance requirements and audits in the pharmaceutical/healthcare/bioscience sector
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
