UCF IT seeks a Manager, ITSM and Performance Analytics to lead the development, support, and governance of ITIL processes, business intelligence, and performance analytics. The Manager will oversee staff and activities related to service delivery metrics, dashboards, and reports, as well as configuration management and IT asset management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience
- 2+ years leadership and management experience
- Experience with reporting and metrics using tools like Power BI and ServiceNow Performance Analytics
- ITIL v3+ certification
