Manager, Quality Systems Global Learning

Ultragenyx is a biopharma company that develops treatments for rare diseases. The company is looking for a Manager, Quality Systems Global Learning to support the training process and ensure operational efficiency. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and experience with Learning Management Systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years experience in training organizations with Learning Management System administration responsibilities
• Minimum of 2 years in a GxP regulated environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Good to excellent knowledge of business tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience with a customer service management system, such as ServiceNow
• Proficiency and hands-on experience with Quality and Electronic Document Management Systems such as Veeva
