As Sr. Product Manager I, you'll lead the development and enhancement of the ServiceNow Systems Management functionality, designing and implementing solutions to optimize service desk, drive customer relationship management, and improve data accuracy.
Requirements
- An active, U.S. Government issued, Secret security clearance (or higher) OR the ability to obtain.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. (Or relevant experience in leu of degree)
- 5+ years of experience in product management, IT system management, customer relationship management or a related field, with a focus on enterprise IT solutions
