Manager, Technology and Business Analysis

Provide management within responsible technical area through operations and change-the-business. The specific responsible technology area may consist of multiple technology functions within a specific technology focus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance of direct reports
• Comprehensive knowledge of primary technology area, preferably within healthcare environment
• Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of job duties
• Background in Technology Asset Management operations, including but not limited to purchase management processes, forecasting, tracking, and disposal
• Strong understanding of fundamental finance and accounting knowledge in an IT environment
• Experience with budget management, forecasting, and allocation
• Experience using ServiceNow workflow, finance, discovery, asset management, and reporting modules
• Experience in ServiceNow Administration and Application Mgmt
• Experience using Power BI or other data analysis applications
