Devoteam is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to design, implement, and maintain innovative ServiceNow solutions for customers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, CSA certification, and knowledge of ServiceNow modules and scripting.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a ServiceNow consultant
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB)
- Strong knowledge of scripting in ServiceNow (Javascript, Angular JS, JQuery, JSON)
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Knowledge of SECOPS is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong communicator and team player
- Analytical, problem-solving and customer-oriented
