Envision Employment Solutions is seeking an Observability & AIOps Engineer to work with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services. The role requires flexibility to work on US times and travel abroad.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in observability, monitoring, or AIOps roles
- Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, New Relic, Datadog, AppDynamics, ELK, or OpenTelemetry)
- Proficiency in implementing and managing AIOps tools (e.g., Moogsoft, BigPanda, Dynatrace, or IBM Watson AIOps)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Expertise in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and machine learning in IT operations
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and integration workflows (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
