We are seeking a highly motivated Outreach.io Program Manager to improve the effectiveness of Outreach.io in engaging customers and prospects. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure optimal use of the Outreach.io platform.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain sequences, templates, snippets, and meeting types in Outreach.io.
  • Test, analyze, and refine content to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Conduct trend analysis and generate reports on effectiveness and user adoption.
  • Manage rulesets, profiles, org settings, user configurations, triggers, and automated processes.
  • Enforce tagging and collection protocols for streamlined organization.
  • Ensure CRM data cleanliness across Outreach.io, Dynamics, and ZoomInfo.
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify and segment leads for Outreach.io sequences.
  • Oversee SDR and Sales Team onboarding, ensuring a seamless Outreach.io setup.
  • Lead trainings, office hours, and documentation efforts to drive user adoption.

Requirements Summary

BA/BS or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience with Outreach.io or similar technology. Outreach Administrator certification (preferred but not required)
