Iron Mountain is seeking a Payroll Analyst to oversee and manage payroll processing for several countries in EMEA, collaborate with the payroll vendor/s, and direct the work of team members. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate data submission, monitoring case volumes, and driving high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in Payroll, Finance or HR Operations with cross country exposure
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Payroll operations (in-house or vendor side)
- Background in working with HRIS, preferably Workday, as well as case management tools, ideally ServiceNow
