This role offers the opportunity to lead payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution. You will act as a key link between internal teams and external partners, handling payroll, expat administration, and audits while optimizing systems and processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in payroll
  • Sound specialist knowledge of Swiss tax, social security and labour law
  • Fluent in German and English [C1 both written and verbal]
  • Commercial training or completed business studies
  • Experience in working with international internal and external providers
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
  • Strong teamwork skills, customer orientation, reliability and hands-on mentality
  • Strong affinity for numbers in combination with a solution-oriented and independent way of working
  • Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is an advantage
