As People Services ELC Senior Specialist, SG and MDM & Reporting, PH, you'll manage Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Management for SBO in Singapore country, coordinate employee life cycle activities, and deliver services as per Service Level Agreements. You'll also participate in continuous improvement and support queries and MDM tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate or Master's degree with HR or Business Administration
- Hands on experience in a HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment
- Fluent in English
- Broad understanding of HR process and activities
- Awareness of data privacy rules (GDPR etc)
- Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills
- Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g. Workday, ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel
