As People Services Junior Generalist (German Speaker) within our People Services team, you’ll manage the employee life cycle processes, starting from the hiring process & onboarding until the coordination and administration of termination and off boarding activities for Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Requirements

  • First hands on experience in HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment
  • Broad understanding of HR processes and activities
  • Fluent in English and German language knowledge (min. B2-C1) is a must & knowledge of other European language is welcome
  • Graduate or master’s degree with HR or business administration
  • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g., Workday
  • Familiar with Ticketing Management tools (such as ServiceNow)
  • User level of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
  • Good communication skills, attentive to customer needs & feedback
  • Organized and structured to execute tasks according to deadlines, attention to details is crucial
