People Services Senior Generalist (French Speaker)

As People Services Senior Generalist (French Speaker) within our People Services team, you'll manage the employee life cycle processes, starting from the hiring process & contract creation until the coordination and administration of termination and off boarding activities for the French region. You'll also provide general support & expertise to business & stakeholders on a wide range of HR related topics, such as absences, benefits, talent & performance, HR tools & learning.

Requirements

• First hands on experience in HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment
• Broad understanding of HR processes and activities
• Graduate or master’s degree with HR / business administration or equivalent previous experience
• Fluent in English and strong French language knowledge is a must & knowledge of other European language is welcome
• Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g. Workday & ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel
