We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join our Modern IT Service Management team in Intelligent Operations, GTO-TOP, and Corporate Function-IT. The role involves designing, implementing, and deploying new capabilities, integrations, and automations across ITSM applications, the ServiceNow platform, and Event Management systems.

Requirements

  • Ability to develop and maintain efficient, secure, and scalable code in at least one programming language (preferred languages: Python, JavaScript).
  • Solid understanding of Software Development concepts (e.g., OOP, TDD, Unit/Integration testing, Encapsulation, Interfaces design, Software integration, Software Development Lifecycle)
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a technical role, ideally Software/Platform or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
  • Ability to efficiently collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams including: SREs, AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Owner.
  • Ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and paradigms (e.g. ServiceNow, JavaScript, Azure Cloud, Agentic AI) and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the ITSM, observability and EM space.
