Portfolio Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Analyst to join our growing Mars Global Services (MGS) Portfolio Office in the Portfolio Operations team. As a key member of the Portfolio Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the effective governance, analysis, and reporting of project, program, and portfolio performance.

Requirements

• Strong P3M experience in portfolio, program, and project management, including schedule assessment, financial monitoring, and risk management.
• Proven analytical and reporting skills, with experience in gathering, assessing and providing insights from portfolio data to inform decision-making.
• Intermediate understanding of portfolio governance, reporting structures, and risk management practices.
• Expertise in data-insights decision-making, including manipulating and interpreting large datasets to support strategy and performance tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, project teams, and cross-functional groups.
• Proficiency with portfolio management and business intelligence tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM, Power BI), with relevant certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, MoP, P3O) highly desirable.
