Risk Monitoring and Escalation Business Risk Manager, Vice President

This role will be part of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team within Citi, responsible for overseeing the implementation of Citi's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. The successful candidate will have risk management and control functions experience and ability to work with senior stakeholders across the business, risk, compliance, finance, technology, program management functions and with geographically distributed global teams.

Requirements

• Risk management and or control functions experience
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders across the business, risk, compliance, finance, technology, program management functions and with geographically distributed global teams
• Proven experience interacting with and influencing business stakeholders
• Solid financial services implementation experience or related risk and control function
• Experience in workflow management / implementation and corresponding technology (Angular/jBPM, ServiceNow, Pega), with jBPM experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
