Portfolio Capability Lead

The Portfolio Capability Lead will help translate Mars Global Services' strategy into actionable objectives, leading the development of best practices, frameworks, and tools to enhance Portfolio, Program & Project (PPM) capabilities and processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and managing a Centre of Excellence focused on Portfolio, Program & Project (PPM) best practices and third-party project management (3PM) tooling, ideally in a Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
• Expertise in delivering both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, supporting professionals across both frameworks.
• Ability to prioritize and align key capabilities with business needs and market trends, ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Strong continuous improvement mindset with a focus on optimizing portfolio performance and reducing risk.
• In-depth knowledge of governance, reporting, and portfolio management frameworks, including experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior and executive teams, communicate effectively, and lead teams to achieve high performance.
