We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team. The role requires a functional and technical expert who can consult with customers on implementing ServiceNow solutions based on leading practices. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of the ServiceNow platform and be able to provide architectural guidance, deep business acumen, and product expertise to our customers and partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience working with ServiceNow
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- An extensive career in Professional Services, ideally working also with a software OEM, and the value proposition they bring for a customer
