Project Delivery Manager

We're looking for a Project Delivery Manager to help us deliver and manage modern IT infrastructure across the globe. The role involves project management, stakeholder management, and team management, with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, and hosting. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, ITIL, and Agile ways of working, as well as strong communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in project management or as a Scrum Master
• Experience in the Infrastructure area is required
• Experience in ITIL, Waterfall and Agile ways of working
• Experience working with service management technologies (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Strong digital skills with experience using modern project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, Basecamp, Airtable, Clickup, Jira, Linear)
• Strong communication skills with examples of being able to explain things in a simple and concise way
• Strong influence skills across all levels of IT and third parties
• Strong facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisation skills with examples of organising complex projects or programs
• Excellent attention to detail
