Pursuit Manager with German - Remote or Hybrid

We are looking for a Pursuit Manager with German to lead low-complexity deal pursuits from qualification to contract signature. The role involves creating an optimal pursuit environment, planning, directing, and coordinating pursuit activities, and streamlining processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in German & English languages
• Agile mindset – Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles
• Project Management Certified – Holds a recognized certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM)
• Strong leadership & collaboration skills – Ability to engage stakeholders and build trust with clients
• Strong understanding of client business objectives and industry trends
• Adaptive project management skills to tailor strategies based on project size and complexity
• Flexibility to operate in dynamic, fast-changing environments
