Business Automation/AI & LCAP Team Lead responsible for leading a team, developing automation solutions, and providing technical leadership and mentorship. Requires expertise in Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, and related technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Automation Tech Lead or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Box, RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), Azure Cloud, AI, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
