Infrastructure Release Analyst responsible for Release Planning & Coordination, Release Execution & Governance, Cloud & Automation Integration, Security & Compliance, Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement, Collaboration & Stakeholder Management, and Jira/ServiceNow & ITSM Integration. Must have experience in IT Change & Release Management, system integration, infrastructure release management, or IT operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Change & Release Management, specifically for infrastructure releases (OS patching, security updates, cloud deployments, and system upgrades)
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in system integration, infrastructure release management, or IT operations
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices for Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Management
Benefits
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with Cloud - Ansible, Terraform etc.
- DevOps Experience / CI/CD Experience
- Any certification or hands on experience with Azure is highly desired
- Prior experience with automation via Ansible or Python is highly desired
