Requirements
- Review invoices to ensure accuracy
- Raise purchase orders / requisitions (POs)
- Process allocation of charges to businesses
- Address customer inquiries, FAQ, entitlements, etc. (via email or ServiceNow)
- Communicate timely and effectively with EMEA country managers
- Proactively escalate issues to affected parties
- Collaborate with partners and seek best practices and propose efficiency solutions
- Ability to present to business partners and/or leaders to gain approval
